After running on the treadmill for 15 minutes I do 200 sit ups, 100 torso lifts, and then 100 squats.

Hi my name is Jeffrey I'm a 15 year old male and I was wondering if running on a treadmill for 1 hour each day help me lose fat everywhere,,I've tried p90x and all sorts of types of workouts but I haven't seen that much of results just fluctuations in my weight I've started running outside and I want to start running daily but with my schedule in school and homework it gets pretty dark out when I start to run so I want to use a treadmill. Will running on a treadmill help me get skinnier and more in shape?

I weigh 117lbs and its the heaviest ive been... I never work out and eat bad. So if i walk run 1 mile at a 5.5 % incline everyday as well as do 20 min on my ab circle pro as well as eat a tad better will that make me lose weight and be back to 100lbs
Does the treadmill/elliptical target fat in all areas?
I'm just curious because I signed up for the gym and my main concern now is burning fat and then toning with weights and what not. But I feel like when I'm on cardio machines, I'm only burning fat in my legs because that is the only place I feel the " burn" , do they target every area? And any more ideas on how to burn fat? P.S.I am dieting as well
Do you burn half the calories on a treadmill that you would outside?
My run keeper tells me that after 1.5 miles outside I burn about 160 calories.If I do the same amount of running on my treadmill it'll tell me 200 calories. Should I just consider whatever my treadmill tells me by half? I run at about 5.6 mph
Why do I burn more calories on the elliptical than on the treadmill?
I'm on both for the same amount of time, and on the treadmill, I set it at an incline. The only reason this might be is because I set the resistance level on the elliptical at a high level. Is this why? Do you think the elliptical and treadmill are accurate in counting calories. Thanks.

If you are walking at the same speed on the treadmill and on the ground...is that the same workout? It seems that just plain walking on the sidewalk requires more effort.

Best way to burn fat on treadmill?
I have been trying " interval training." walking for one minute and sprinting the next minute for about 30 minutes. When I researched online there was so many different directions 30 second this, 60 seconds that, 10 seconds blah blah blah. Anyway, I'm wondering if doing this sprinting one minute then resting one minute is benefiting me at all. I gradually increase the sprint speed throughout the workout. It's a hassle always adjusting speed, am I better off just jogging? Also what is a good amount of time to spend on cardio a week if I am trying to lose about 15lbs? Any suggestions for optimal fat burning at the gym? Please no answers about diet or body image. Thanks in advance.
What are the benefits of walking on a treadmill while wearing resistance bands?
I've recently started walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day wearing those resistance bands that go around your thighs.theyre called leg thigh enhancer resistance bands if u don't know what they look like u can google that name .what are some benefits from wearing these?im using black bands, which are very difficult.im usually sweating a lot during the exercise.what will they do for me?will they tone my thighs more?what part of my legs do they target?outer thigh,inner thigh?thanks

Treadmill for losing weight?
