Is it okay to store an electric treadmill outside?
I am moving to a 2nd floor apartment and there is a covered porch. I don't have a lot of room to put the treadmill inside my apartment and would like to know if keeping it outside on the porch will damage it in any way. I do live in New England and the weather is harsh, but it wouldn't get snow on it it would be covered when I am not using it. Will the cold do anything to it?

I'm 5'5'' and weigh about 155lbs. I need to lose about 20lbs and I would like to get more exercise outside, but I simply don't have the time during the day so I'm thinking about buying a treadmill so that I can walk whenever I want.I'm on a limited budget and I know that manual treadmills are a lot cheaper. Will I get the same results if I buy a manual treadmill over an electric one? An electric treadmill is simply out of the question right now, so I'm hoping a manual one will provide me with results.
